	Quest: Crests of Valour -- Introduction Description: The Council of the North has need of tokens to bestow upon heroes of the war against Angmar. Category: Angmar Quest Level: 49 Hróar (NPC) 'I have need of your help in another matter of metalsmithy. To our most esteemed heroes, we bestow a medal called the Crest of Valour, but it has been some time since we have had amongst us an artisan with the skill to craft these intricate devices.
