Perhaps during your travels through the regions around Rivendell you have noticed bands of Men gathering in force here and there -- often in obvious league with other forces from Angmar. These are the Corcur from the far North who claim descent from the ancient kingdom of Rhudaur, which once inhabited the region immediately west of the Misty Mountains. 'While it is most likely that their claims are false, it matters not, for Rhudaur was destroyed long ago after it betrayed its sister kingdoms of the North and threw in its lot with the Witch-king of Angmar.
