Quest: Goblin-town Tabards -- Introduction
Description: Imyl informed you that Goblin-town has once again grown in strength and appears to be preparing for raids and warfare once again.
'Greetings (your name). I can offer only dire news it seems. The deep halls of Goblin-town, once thought nearly abandoned in the days after the Battle of Five Armies are once again teeming with goblins and their allies.
'Rumour has even reached us that a new king has risen to the throne of Goblin-town, and that Angmar seeks to bring him under their heel, to use as a weapon against us. Indeed, we fear that this may have already come to pass given the amount of activity our scouts report from the High Pass.
'We dare not show our strength in force yet and must settle for skirmishes and guile to keep the goblins from building their forces further. Bring me the tabards of the favoured servants of the new Great Goblin -- by whatever means you see fit -- and you shall gain further favour with Rivendell for your efforts upon our behalf.'
