	Quest: The Silent Judge Description: One obstacle remains before the men of Aughaire may engage in true battle against Angmar. The Silent Judge has fallen under the sway of Angmar and will not sanction the war. He must be removed. Category: Angmar Quest Level: 44 Raith (NPC) 'I face now an unexpected and most difficult obstacle in my quest to raise the warriors of Aughaire against the Iron-crown. There is a very important figure amongst the clans of the Hill-men - he is called the Silent Judge, and he is chosen by a council of all the clans to mediate in conflicts between us, and act as the final arbiter of justice in such matters. The Silent Judge is traditionally supposed to be neutral in such matters, but it seems this one has fallen under the sway of Angmar. Worse yet, if dark rumour holds true he will shortly rule against our clan and cast us out, setting all our people against us. This must not come to pass. What I ask of you now is not something I ask lightly... You must strike down the Silent Judge before he rules and brings down all our bretheren upon us. He must not become the mouthpiece of Angmar or my people are lost! The Silent Judge resides far to the north-east in the town of Donnvail, be swift about this matter, and I will see that you are well rewarded!'
