	Quest: Plague-bearer of the North Description: Hillmen from Angmar followed the Orc army through Ram Dúath into the North Downs and established an encampment near the head of the pass. These Hillmen serve to keep open the passage from Angmar. Category: North Downs Quest Level: 35 Arohir (NPC) 'One of our scouts believes he has discovered the leader of the Hillmen. If unchecked, she will spread her plague into the North Downs, so again I turn to you. 'Make your way to her tent within the shadow of Ram Dûath and put an end to her.
